Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
No. Velor currently provides delivery services only within the United Kingdom. Orders with international addresses cannot be fulfilled.
What is the estimated delivery timeframe?
Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes between 7 and 14 business days.
In total, the full delivery process may take up to 17 business days.
How will I receive tracking details?
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Are shipping fees included?
